From an Existing Venue to a Colourful Carnival Adventure

The client wanted to transform an existing commercial venue in Vigan City into a distinctive indoor playground that could attract families, encourage longer visits and create a memorable entertainment experience.

The available 450m² footprint required careful planning. Instead of filling the venue with unrelated equipment, Miland developed a connected carnival-themed environment where children could climb, crawl, slide, explore and move naturally from one activity to the next.

The design combines multi-level soft play, slides, ball-pit activities, climbing challenges, obstacle routes and imaginative role-play details. Clear circulation routes connect the major attractions, while open sightlines help parents and staff observe the main play areas.

A bold red, gold, navy and pink colour palette gives the venue a recognisable carnival identity. Striped canopies, ticket-booth graphics, stars and decorative performance elements turn the playground into a complete themed destination rather than a conventional children’s play area.

Custom 2D Planning Built Around the Real Venue

Turning the Floor Plan into a Complete 3D Experience

After confirming the functional layout, Miland developed detailed 3D renderings to show how the finished carnival-themed indoor playground would look inside the real venue.

The renderings allowed the client to review the entrance design, overall colour balance, equipment density, major visual landmarks and relationships between different play zones before manufacturing began.

The isometric views also demonstrated how vertical space could be used to increase play capacity. Elevated platforms, climbing routes, netted passages and slides create a longer play journey without overcrowding the ground floor.

By combining technical planning with clear 3D visualisation, the client could make informed decisions and confirm the design direction before the project entered production.

Once the layout, theme and major equipment components were approved, the project moved into the manufacturing stage.
